Their sustainability is something to behold. Their digestion is so slow that they can go weeks without eating if their prey is large enough.

It's possible. The smallest creatures tend to think of themselves as the most intimidating. [ Take Dalish, for example. Super tiny, super spunky. ]

Yeah, and sometimes they put a lot of effort into looking even more intimidating, even when they don't have to.

[At that, he just raises an eyebrow, but there's a glint of mischief in that one eye of his.]

[ Dorian rolls his eyes, swatting Bull in the arm. ]

I know, right?

[But he's grinning as the shuttle docks, and, with a smile after they've disembarked, offers him his arm.]

[Yeah, it's kinda much, but this is for show, right?]

[ Dorian can't help but be entirely charmed by the situation, offering something of a smirk and slides his hand around Bull's arm. ]

We wouldn't want to be late. It's the height of bad etiquette.

[There was something really...nice about having Dorian, not just anyone, but Dorian attached to his arm, but he couldn't quite put his finger on what, but it was good.]

What? Worse than wearing the wrong color after dark?

[ Dorian's fingers squeeze against the fabric covering Bull's arm, letting himself be led wherever they're headed. ]

Absolutely worse.

[He chuckles as he leads Dorian away from the docks.]

So "fashionably late's" not a thing, huh?

There is a difference between 'fashionably late' and 'late'. Besides, you miss the best gossip when you're late.

We're going to dinner, Dorian, not the Winter Palace.

[But he's smiling.]

Isn't that the same thing?? [ He's joking, but manages to look appalled at the distinction. ]

[He chuckles at that.] Last time I checked, nobody was walking around wearing stupid masks, so no.

Well, if you want to get technical, the people of the coast are indeed wearing masks, though it is more practical than theatrical.

[theirondragon]

[Bull laughed, nodding as they made their way. The people of this planet weren't used to seeing a beast like the Bull, even less so in a suit, or with such an attractive man on his arm. People took notice of their passing, and the Bull wasn't complaining.]

Yeah, their masks are a lot more useful, too. Of course, any Orleasian would be offended you called it "teatrical", you know.
